今日電車の中で、中学生くらいの女の子が
「ちょっと席をとっておいて下さい」と隣の見知らぬ人に
声をかけて席を立ちました。
車両の端まで行ったようで、友達でも
いたのかな、と思ったら
妊婦さんを連れて来て座らせてあげたのです。
僕はその娘を抱きしめてあげたくなりました。
きっと回りにいた人たちも何かを感じ、それがまた
誰かへの親切に広がってゆくことでしょう。
そして巡り巡って、何倍にもなってその娘に
帰ってゆきますように。
Today I saw a girl who looked like
a junior high school student.
She said to a stranger sitting next to her,
“Please watch me seat.” for a while, and left.
I thought that maybe she went to
the end of the car to see her friend.
But it turned out that there was a pregnant women
and she wanted to give her seat.
That scene made me want to hug her.
The people who saw it must have felt something and
will be kind to other people.
I hope that it comes around to her happiness.
